Senior Sales Account Executive

The Senior Sales Account Executive plays a pivotal role in our sales team, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key clients and driving business growth. This role focuses on meeting and exceeding sales targets and requires a strategic thinker who identifies new market opportunities and develops tailored sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate targets and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and initiate contact with potential customers.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop compelling sales propositions.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions to secure advantageous contracts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies effectively.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure seamless post‑sale customer experiences.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand network.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Continuously update knowledge on industry trends, products, and technology advancements.
  • Ensure comprehensive customer engagement and relationship management strategies are implemented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in sales, specifically within relevant industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high‑value deals effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and develop strategic sales approaches.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales data.
  • Highly self‑motivated, with strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
