Job Description

Overview AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team for projects across varying sectors and various locations within Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high‑profile projects within Qatar.

Your role

Oversee all commercial operations for facility management projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.

Manage contract administration, including vendor and client agreements, renewals, and negotiations.

Develop and implement cost‑effective commercial strategies to optimize financial performance.

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for FM projects.

Ensure adherence to financial, legal, and regulatory standards across all service lines.

Drive risk management initiatives to minimize exposure and safeguard company interests.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality commercial outcomes.

Provide leadership and guidance to ensure smooth execution of commercial processes.

About you Qualifications

BSc degree in Commerce or related field.

Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential preferred.

15 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Manager within the FM sector.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management within the FM sector.

Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Proficiency in financial compliance and legal frameworks.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
