Overview The Facility Manager (FM), in cooperation with all occupants and users of a facility, is responsible for the care, custody, and protection of the assigned real property for government facilities listed in the performance work statement. The FM shall follow the guidance of the Air Force Facility Manager Training and Handbook. The FM will work closely with other FMs, Maintenance Technicians, and Production Control Technicians to ensure mission success. Responsibilities Responsible for the care, custody, and protection of the assigned facilities and installed equipment, including scheduling personnel, supervising work, and maintaining quality control. Maintain policies and procedures, review and evaluate current maintenance performance. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities related to the operation, repair, maintenance, and construction of facilities, equipment, buildings, and grounds to minimize disruptions and improve efficiency. Provide facility services with 24 / 7 / 365 in-person coverage. Manage facility data cards, brief occupants on cleanliness standards, conservation practices, and safety measures to maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment. Inspect facilities for safety, security, and maintenance issues; recommend replacements or repairs; identify safety hazards; assist with hazardous waste disposal. Enter work orders and collaborate with production control using the CE NexGen IT (Tririga) program. Attend meetings and make presentations as needed. Participate in property inventories and ensure proper utilization and safeguarding of government and contractor property. Enforce safety programs in compliance with OSHA and USAF requirements. Optimize space utilization proactively. Maintain a comprehensive training program. Accurately report time and complete timesheets. Perform other duties as assigned, aligned with contractual and mission requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. One year of related experience may substitute for one year of education. Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid U.S. Passport. Obtain and maintain a U.S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment. Valid driver’s license with ability to operate manual transmission vehicle. Proficient in English communication. Pass employment and deployment requirements, including medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc. Complete CBRN defense training, including fit testing of protective gear. Minimum of five years’ experience in building management or maintenance. Knowledge of CE NexGen IT (Tririga) program. Experience supervising and training staff, managing reports, and customer interactions. Knowledge of industry standards such as DoD Joint Commission, Life Safety, Environment of Care, HIPAA, NFPA, and OSHA.
