What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Account Ownership : Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners to maximize their performance on Snoonu (GMV, Orders, NCR, Promotions, Operation).
  • Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key KPIs, and proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Campaign Management : Work with the marketing and growth teams to plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
  • Relationship Management : Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at partner brands.
  • Data-Driven Growth : Use insights and reports to recommend actions to improve visibility, sales, and partner satisfaction.
  • Operational Coordination : Liaise with support, logistics, content, and tech teams to ensure operational excellence and menu accuracy.
  • Retention & Expansion : Proactively identify upsell opportunities, such as new features, exclusive deals, or premium placement.

The Magic You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development — ideally in F&B, tech, or e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic & English
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
