Account Manager
to be seconded full-time to one of our key clients in Qatar. Acting as an
extended member of the client’s communications team , this role is pivotal in bridging the client’s needs with Boopin’s specialised departments across PR, social media, content, and paid media. The Account Manager will ensure
seamless coordination, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs
across all channels of the integrated scope of work. Key Responsibilities
Client Partnership & Relationship Management Serve as the accountable and primary lead contact for the client and internal teams, acting as the trusted advisor on communications and marketing deliverables Understand client objectives, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring all activities align with their broader strategy. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Push internal teams to deliver at pace and at the highest standard, holding them accountable for execution Act as problem-solver and enforcer of discipline, ensuring priorities are clear and roadblocks are removed quickly Own campaign performance : track, challenge, and drive optimizations, not just report them Integrated Communications Oversight Manage the delivery of campaigns and initiatives across
PR, social media, content development, and paid media . Liaise with Boopin’s internal teams to brief, coordinate, and monitor execution of all deliverables. Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, comply with brand guidelines, and are delivered on time. Project & Workflow Management Develop timelines, track progress, and proactively flag risks or delays with solutions. Consolidate feedback from the client and translate it clearly into actionable next steps for internal teams. Manage reporting cycles, including monthly / quarterly performance reviews, insights, and recommendations. Quality Control & Performance Ensure consistency and accuracy across all deliverables. Monitor performance of content and campaigns, providing insights and optimisations. Uphold standards of excellence in communications, ensuring all outputs reflect Boopin’s reputation and client expectations. Strategic Contribution Provide input on campaign ideas, content strategies, and PR opportunities that add value to the client. Stay updated on industry trends, media landscapes, and regional cultural insights to guide impactful work. Act as a problem-solver, anticipating client needs and proactively offering solutions. Requirements
Proven track record of owning client relationships end-to-end Demonstrated ability to challenge clients and internal teams constructively while maintaining strong relationships High resilience under pressure, with a doer mentality and zero tolerance for missed deadlines Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Media, or related field. Experience :
4–5 years minimum in a communications, PR, or marketing role, preferably within an agency environment or working directly with large clients. Skills & Competencies : Strong understanding of
integrated communications
across PR, digital, social, and paid media. Excellent client management and interpersonal skills. Strong project management abilities with attention to detail and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights. High level of organisational skills, multitasking, and problem-solving. Languages :
Fluent in Arabic (native level) and English (excellent written and spoken)
