Updating dietchanges and room changes of patients Reporting anyerrors in the system as needed. Coordinate withDietitians regarding changes in diets and other specifications of the patients. Coordinate withnurses with room changes and diet modifications. Manage routine queries and referthem to concerned staff Maintain patient files, logbooks, records, and databases Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.
