Senior Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estimation Engineer to join our growing team. This full-time position offers exciting opportunities to contribute to diverse projects across multiple locations, including Doha, Qatar , and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia , Jeddah, Saudi Arabia , and Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia . The Senior Estimation Engineer will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our projects, ensuring the financial viability and success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for various projects, considering all aspects of materials, labour, equipment, and subcontracts.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project scope and requirements.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary information and assess project conditions.
• Prepare and maintain cost databases and historical cost information.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure accurate and timely cost estimation.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and present cost reports and presentations to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and cost estimating techniques.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost risks and develop contingency plans.
