Join a fast-growing networking practice delivering end-to-end design, deployment and operational support for large-scale LAN / WAN, datacentre, and carrier networks. This is an on-site role based in Qatar, owning technical outcomes for mission-critical environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain 24x7 availability and security. Responsibilities

Design, configure, and deploy enterprise and carrier-grade network solutions (routing, switching, MPLS, SD‑WAN, datacenter fabrics) for on-site customers in Qatar. Lead troubleshooting and incident response for complex network faults—perform packet captures, root-cause analysis, and corrective remediation to meet SLAs. Implement and manage network security controls : firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, and access control policies; collaborate with security teams for vulnerability remediation. Maintain and optimize routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), QoS policies for voice / data, and traffic-engineering for high-availability services. Develop and execute network changes, upgrades, and migrations with formal change control, configuration management, and rollback plans. Document network architecture, create runbooks, and mentor junior engineers; participate in on-call rota and NOC escalations. Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have 5+ years hands-on experience in enterprise / carrier networking (LAN / WAN, datacenter networking, routing & switching). Proven experience with BGP, OSPF, MPLS and VPN technologies and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, NetFlow, SNMP). Strong knowledge of firewall platforms and network security best practices (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA or equivalent). Certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP or equivalent; fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus. Preferred Experience with SD‑WAN solutions, data‑centre fabrics (VXLAN), automation (Ansible / Python) and multi-vendor environments. Exposure to ITIL / NOC operations, on-call support for 24x7 services and large-scale rollouts in the MENA region. Benefits & Culture Highlights
