Maintain and manage network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls Monitor network performance and ensure high availability Troubleshoot and resolve outages quickly Provide technical support to users facing network-related issues Manage network configurations, documentation, and backups Implement security controls, updates, and best practices Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements or link-related concerns Qualifications & Skills

Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts Hands-on experience with Cisco or similar network platforms Good knowledge of firewalls, VPN technologies, and security principles Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Valid QID Immediate joiners preferred
