Project Specialist

Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Prepare regular project reports and presentations for stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and action items. Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes. Manage project documentation and ensure proper record keeping. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. Advanced certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Healthcare experience is must Experience working in the construction or infrastructure industry is desirable.
