Job Purpose :

Lead the end-to-end delivery of an independent technical assessment program. This includes planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, data gathering, logistics, execution support, reporting, and stewardship of recommendations and actions. The role ensures alignment across multiple business units, provides progress updates, and drives continuous improvement in process safety, asset integrity, and operational excellence.

Job Context and Challenges :

• Manage assessments across multiple operating assets, coordinating with technical specialists across diverse business lines.
• Act as the single point of contact for planning, preparation, execution, and reporting of assessments.
• Handle complex scheduling requirements around shutdowns, inspections, and critical activities.
• Facilitate onshore and offshore site visits, ensuring effective logistics and stakeholder engagement.
• Align assessment outcomes with ongoing organisational initiatives, ensuring synergy and value creation.
