ERP Analyst - SAP DBM / VSS

Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled SAP DBM / VSS Functional Consultant with strong expertise in after-sales service operations. The candidate will have proven experience in implementing, configuring and supporting SAP Vehicle Sales & Service (VSS) / DealerBusiness Management (DBM) modules, specifically in service, workshop and warranty management processes. The consultant will be responsible for optimizing after-sales operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Principal Accountabilities

• Provide functional support and implement enhancements for after-sales service processes in SAP DBM / VSS.
• Configure and manage critical areas of after-sales operations, including service order processing, workshop management, vehicle service scheduling, resource planning, warranty and claims management, and parts and accessories management, ensuring efficient dealership service operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver effective SAP solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of DBM / VSS with related SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI / CO, and CRM.
• Troubleshoot functional / system issues, prepare documentation, and deliver end-user training and support.
• Support system upgrades, rollouts, and process improvements in after-sales operations.
• Work closely with SAP ABAP developers to design and deliver custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Engage in requirement gathering, preparation of functional specifications, and collaboration with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users.
• Apply deep knowledge of workshop operations, warranty / claims management, and parts management to support business objectives.
