Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and application issues.
Configure and support routers, switches, and related devices.
Review and action incidents and requests escalated from Level 1 support.
Provide remote support to customers and onsite engineers.
Collaborate with vendors and escalation teams for complex issues.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.
Ensure adherence to ITIL standards and change management practices.
Skills Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MPLS, VPNs, and IP network troubleshooting.
Experience with multi-vendor telecom equipment.
Familiarity with ITIL, configuration management, and service assurance.
