Job Purpose :
As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling our diverse products and services across business units. This includes experiences, wellness offerings, farm produce, artisanal products, F&B services, and event packages. You will play a key role in growing our client base, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our mission-driven organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned sectors
- Actively promote and sell products and services related to F&B, Wellness, Hospitality, and Events
- Manage leads, conduct client meetings, and present tailored proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Attend industry events and represent Caravane Earth to expand brand visibility
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy
- Contribute to cross-selling initiatives across multiple business units
Skills
EDUCATION :

Diiploma / A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.At least 2 years of sales experience.EXPERIENCE :
Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, wellness, or retailProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExperience in B2B and / or B2C sales environmentsStrong understanding of customer service principles and CRM toolsCOMPETENCIES :
