Job description

Job Purpose :

As a Sales Executive , you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling our diverse products and services across business units. This includes experiences, wellness offerings, farm produce, artisanal products, F&B services, and event packages. You will play a key role in growing our client base, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our mission-driven organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned sectors
  • Actively promote and sell products and services related to F&B, Wellness, Hospitality, and Events
  • Manage leads, conduct client meetings, and present tailored proposals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Attend industry events and represent Caravane Earth to expand brand visibility
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy
  • Contribute to cross-selling initiatives across multiple business units

Skills

EDUCATION :

(Including Certifications and Trainings if required)

  • Diiploma / A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • EXPERIENCE :

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, wellness, or retail
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Experience in B2B and / or B2C sales environments
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and CRM tools
  • COMPETENCIES :

    (Knowledge. specific job skills, communication skills and behavioral attributes)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive, self-driven mindset
  • Adaptability across multiple industries and client types
  • Passion for sustainability, culture, and community-driven businesses
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
