Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Florist to join our team The ideal candidate will not only have a passion for floral design but also the ability to think outside the box and bring unique artistic concepts to life In addition to exceptional creativity you will be responsible for managing daytoday store operations ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining inventory Key Responsibilities Design and create stunning custom floral arrangements that reflect current trends while introducing innovative concepts Oversee the daily operations of the store including managing staff handling customer inquiries and maintaining a clean and organized workspace Provide excellent customer service understanding client needs and offering personalized floral solutions Manage inventory ensuring stock levels are maintained and fresh flowers are always available Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and develop promotional campaigns that increase store visibility Keep uptodate with floral design trends new techniques and market preferences to offer customers unique designs Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate for the best quality products at competitive prices Contribute creative ideas for events workshops and other initiatives to engage customers and boost store sales Qualifications Proven experience as a florist with a strong portfolio showcasing creative floral designs Ability to think creatively and propose outofthebox floral concepts Experience in store management including inventory control customer service and staff supervision Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of current floral trends and a desire to continually innovate Basic business acumen including managing budgets sales targets and inventory
