We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pharmaceuticals Sales Representative to join our team in Al Khor Qatar. As a key member of our sales force you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions in the region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals including doctors pharmacists and hospital administrators
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers about our pharmaceutical offerings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Attend medical conferences seminars and trade shows to expand product knowledge and network with industry professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and market intelligence using CRM software
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
- Travel extensively within the Al Khor region to meet with clients and prospects
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy or related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationshipsExcellent negotiation and sales techniquesIn-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulationsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional time management and organizational skillsUnderstanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trendsKnowledge of local healthcare systems and regulations in QatarValid Qatar drivers license and willingness to travel within the Al Khor regionSales certification (preferred)Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusAdditional Information
