CFO

Responsibilities

Develop and execute long-term financial plans to support investment strategies, mergers, and capital raising (IPOs, debt / equity financing).

Ensure adherence to financial regulations, reporting standards (GAAP), and risk management frameworks.

Monitor cash reserves, optimize liquidity, and assess short-term liabilities to maintain financial stability.

Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate portfolio performance, ROI, and risk exposure.

Oversee accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheets) and present insights to the board, investors, and regulators.

Advise the CEO on M&A opportunities, market trends, and macroeconomic factors affecting investment decisions.

Implement financial systems (ERP, digital forecasting tools) to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualification Preference

Masters degree in finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA); CFA or CPA preferred.

10 to 15 years in senior financial roles within investment banking, asset management, or private equity.

Proven track record in capital allocation, investor relations, and IPO preparation.
