PMO Analyst / Specialist (Mid & Senior Levels)

Overview

We are seeking PMO Analysts and Specialists to support project management governance and operations. These roles ensure projects are executed efficiently, aligned with business goals, and adhere to standardized methodologies, while providing actionable insights to management. Responsibilities

For All Levels : Support the standardization and implementation of project management methodologies and frameworks. For All Levels : Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. For All Levels : Identify and report project risks and issues, recommending mitigation strategies. For All Levels : Maintain project documentation and dashboards for management reporting. For All Levels : Assist in training and providing tools to project managers for effective project execution. Senior Analyst / Specialist : Lead complex project tracking and governance initiatives. Senior Analyst / Specialist : Provide coaching and guidance to project managers. Senior Analyst / Specialist : Analyze project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership. Senior Analyst / Specialist : Support portfolio-level planning and prioritization. Qualifications & Experience

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Analyst / Specialist : 5–7 years of experience supporting project management activities or PMO operations. Senior Analyst / Specialist : 8–10 years of progressive experience, including project governance and mentoring. Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.). Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. For Senior Level : Ability to lead governance initiatives and influence project outcomes. Certifications

Preferred Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
