Chief Accountant

The Role

To lead and manage the financial operations with accuracy, integrity, and strategic oversight. The Chief Accountant ensures compliance with financial regulations, supports business decision-making with reliable financial data, and maintains internal controls in alignment with hospitality industry standards.

Requirements

A highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional with over 5 years of accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a senior role within the hospitality or hotel sector. Demonstrates strong leadership in managing hotel finance operations, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cost control. Proficient in accounting systems, with a deep understanding of hospitality-specific financial procedures. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA, ACA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification or equivalent. Adept at budgeting, cash flow forecasting, internal controls, and coordinating audits. Possesses excellent communication, analytical thinking, and team management skills. Committed to supporting leadership with clear financial insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.
