Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Demi Chef De Partie to join our dynamic culinary team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests while contributing to our innovative and customer‑focused approach to cuisine.

• Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high‑quality dish preparation and timely delivery
• Collaborate with the Chef de Partie and other kitchen staff to create and execute menu items
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items, showcasing creativity and culinary expertise
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Participate in regular kitchen meetings to discuss menu changes, special events, and operational improvements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies for your section
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure during busy service periods
