Rigging & Lifting Supervisor

Job Purpose

Supervise rigging and lifting activities and execute all tasks associated with rigging and lifting to support all company facilities onshore & offshore, onsite, and offsite to the highest levels of safety, quality, integrity, and reliability to achieve optimal operating reliability targets.

Key Job Accountabilities - I

• Supervise the rigging and lifting activities for optimum utilization of resources to ensure safety, seamless execution and monitor the activities are meeting all QA / QC requirements.
• Ensure that all rigging and lifting activities are delivered in accordance with Company lifting codes and standards & specifications.
• Ensure all rigging and lifting tools and equipment have valid certification and maintained well and stored as per the company standards & specifications.
• Coordinate with garage team for proper implementation of PM plans and CM repairs in a timely manner for the Company owned equipment.
• Ensure additional manpower and equipment are sourced externally for emergency activities and optimize wherever possible. Support long term contractors and monitor and report their performances.
