Job description8-12 years of experience in rigging or a related field. Proficient in the use of rigging equipment such as hoists, cranes, and slings. Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards related to rigging. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively. Certifications in rigging or lifting operations are a plus. DAE Mech. 08 to 12 years of experience in Execution of Plant Maintenance, Operations & Shutdowns.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Rigging to oversee all rigging activities on our construction sites in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rigging operations, ensuring safety and efficiency in all lifting operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise rigging operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Plan and execute lifting operations according to project specifications.
- Conduct inspections of rigging equipment and maintain accurate records.
- Train and mentor junior rigging staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers and other teams to ensure timely completion of rigging tasks.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards associated with rigging activities.
