Associate Principal Civil / Structural Engineer

Overview

Provide technical design and engineering services in Civil / Structural Engineering for offshore projects, ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and health, safety, and environment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute civil engineering projects, with a focus on oil & gas and offshore sectors, applying design expertise and leading safety and quality control.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate engineering designs, drawings, and calculations to meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections and recommend engineering solutions to maintain structural integrity, particularly for bridge, tunnel, and retrofitting projects.
• Design and analyze offshore structures, ensuring compliance with international codes and standards, and mentor junior engineers while managing project timelines.
• Manage schedules, costs, and quality, preparing reports and reviewing engineering documents for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution and delivery.
