Marketing Manager, High-End Interior Design Company - Qatar

Our client is a High-End Interior Luxury Design Company, based in Qatar, looking for an experienced marketing manager that willdevelop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand visibility, market presence and customer engagement. This interesting job ensures that all marketing activities align with the company’s vision and business objectives. Key responsibilities are to plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns (digital, print, and event-based) while managing the company’s brand identity. You will oversee market research and competitor analysis, coordinate with internal teams, supervise content creation, social media, PR, and advertising, manage external partnerships, monitor campaign performance with regular reporting, and ensure all activities align with the company’s corporate identity, quality standards, and long-term vision. The role will strengthen brand awareness and market positioning by driving lead generation and customer engagement across multiple channels. Support business growth through effective marketing and communication strategies, and ensure smooth cross-departmental coordination by delivering creative and cost-effective campaigns that maximize ROI. Provide accurate reporting and recommendations to the Head of a management committee, and will enhance the company’s reputation and client relationships through professional, consistent messaging. To be suitable for this role you must have a minimum 10 years of proven experience in marketing management, preferably within interior design, fit-out, or related industries. Possess a strong background in digital marketing, branding, and strategic campaign management. Be able to emonstrate success in planning and executing multi-channel campaign with experience in managing external agencies and vendors. Solid expertise in market research, analytics, and customer insights is also a pre-requisite.
