Planner

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed

project schedules

covering all EPC phases — Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning.

Integrate and align inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction disciplines into the master schedule.

Utilize

Primavera P6

(or equivalent) to build and manage project timelines, resource allocations, and progress tracking.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure schedule feasibility and progress alignment.

Identify and highlight potential schedule risks, delays, and deviations; propose mitigation measures.

Prepare and submit

weekly / monthly progress reports , dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.

Monitor and update key project milestones, critical path, and earned value (EVM) performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in

Engineering

(Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).

Minimum

5 years of experience

in project planning and control

in EPC projects .

Strong proficiency in

Primavera P6 , MS Project, and MS Excel.

Experience working on large-scale

Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Infrastructure

projects in Qatar or GCC.

Familiar with

EVM (Earned Value Management) , progress measurement systems, and project control techniques.

Knowledge of

FIDIC / EPC contract requirements

and construction sequencing.
