Role Description

Develop and drive all marketing initiatives and processes for the unit.

Support team members to drive product Initiative and influencer activation in the unit.

Support secondary sales

Influencer Program Expansion

Active engagement – Scope of Program

Influencer-level initiative targets

Influencers Engagement

Execution of meets and Collateral Supports – Tools for Demo

Reporting on learnings and development

Applicator and Contractor Training

Execution of training programs

Driving Painting Service

End-to-end support for retail team and contractors

Qualification :

Business Management studies – Marketing

Previous Experience : 3 years

Language Fluency : English (Written and Spoken) & Malayalam & Hindi (Spoken)
