Recruitment Coordinator Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines through ATS / HR systems.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and ensure completion of Pre Onboarding & onboarding documentation.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
Ensure recruitment activities align with HR policies and company procedures.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding.

Experience 1 to 3 years of work experience in related job and / or similar industry.
Education Bachelor in Business Administration or Human Resources.
