Sales Coordinator
to join our dynamic team in Qatar. In this role, you’ll serve as a vital link between our sales team, customers, and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing, documentation, and client support. Responsibilities
Coordinate sales team activities and assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals. Manage client communication, follow up on inquiries, and maintain CRM records. Prepare sales reports and monitor order status from initiation to delivery. Liaise with logistics, accounts, and procurement departments for smooth transactions. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, document handling, and follow-ups. Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally. Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and updated. Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial or safety product sales. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
