Job Summary

StarNursing is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking events.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
• Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with StarNursing.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring a fair deal for clients.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure the timely placement of nursing staff and address client needs effectively.
• Customer Service : Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
