Business Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee our paint companys operations and drive strategic growth The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations optimizing business processes and leading a dedicated team to achieve company goals This role requires a strong understanding of the paint industry exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering highquality products and services Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily operations ensuring efficient processes and highquality output in manufacturing distribution and sales Financial Oversight Develop and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability Strategic Planning Collaborate with senior management to create and execute longterm business strategies identifying opportunities for growth and expansion Team Leadership Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Sales and Marketing Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention develop marketing strategies and enhance brand presence Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients suppliers and industry partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Compliance and Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards implementing best practices for safety and environmental sustainability Market Analysis Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences using insights to inform business strategies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field MBA preferred 5 years of experience in a management role within the paint or related Industry Proven track record of successfully managing operations and leading teams Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software
