To lead and oversee the Sales & Leasing department, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, client relationship management, team leadership, and market intelligence in the international real estate sector. Key Responsibilities
Drive business revenue growth by identifying and implementing new sales opportunities and client retention strategies. Develop and execute strategic sales and leasing plans in alignment with organizational goals and budgets. Provide operational oversight of all Sales & Leasing activities across residential and commercial portfolios. Ensure all sales revenue is properly invoiced and collected on time. Lead, train, and mentor the Sales & Leasing team; ensure high performance through skills development and market awareness. Monitor international and local property markets, analyzing trends to refine sales strategies and optimize performance. Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, developers, investors, and property owners. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales team members. Monitor departmental KPIs and performance targets, providing regular reporting to senior management. Ensure compliance with property laws, real estate regulations, and company policies across all sales and leasing transactions. Requirements
Education
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Finance (required) MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred) Experience
10–12 years of experience in International Real Estate Sales & Leasing (residential & commercial) Proven experience in Property Management, Portfolio Management, Listing, and Business Development At least 5 years in a senior management or team leadership role within the real estate industry Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills Expertise
in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite In-depth knowledge of global real estate markets, especially luxury and high-end portfolios Excellent analytical, planning, and budgeting skills Ability to build strategic partnerships and close high-value deals Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Native or fluent level in English (verbal and written); Arabic or other languages a plus Desired Attributes
