Job Description
Coordinate and monitor all disciplines related to the project, including managing the site supervision team, contractors, subcontractors, and other specialists.
Possess a strong technical background to ensure contractors and subcontractors comply with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and relevant local and international standards.
Monitor work progress, update project plans, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for the Engineer.
Ensure contractor compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements as per contract and government regulations.
Qualifications
Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with recognized professional credentials in Project Management.
Minimum of 15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in supervision as a Project Manager or equivalent.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2006, Microsoft Office 2007, and Primavera P6.
Accredited as a Grade “A” Civil / Architectural Engineer by the Engineers and Consulting Offices Accrediting Committee (UPDA).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
