Overview

We are looking for a CNC Router Machine Technician experienced in cutting and shaping styrofoam and lightweight materials used for decorative and event applications. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC operating skills, attention to artistic detail, and the ability to ensure high-quality output for custom décor, signage, and 3D display.

Skills

• Operate and maintain CNC router machines used for cutting, carving, and shaping styrofoam and similar materials.
• Read and interpret design files, CAD drawings, and tool paths for decorative and artistic projects.
• Prepare materials by selecting appropriate foam types, thicknesses, and densities.
• Set up tools, bits, and cutting parameters according to design requirements.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust feed rates, depths, and speeds to achieve the best quality finish.
