CNC Operator

We are looking for a reliable and skilled CNC Operator to join our production team in Qatar . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machinery, particularly in the woodworking, cabinetry, or interior fit-out sector , and will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (router, milling, or lathe, depending on project needs).
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design files (DXF, DWG, etc.) to ensure accurate cutting and shaping.
• Load materials, select appropriate tools, and input cutting parameters into the CNC system.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness.
• Conduct quality checks during and after production to verify dimensions and finishes meet required standards.
• Troubleshoot errors in programming or machining and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain production logs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
