CNC Operator

We are looking for a reliable and skilled

CNC Operator

to join our production team in

Qatar . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machinery, particularly in the

woodworking, cabinetry, or interior fit-out sector , and will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting CNC machines to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate

CNC machines

(router, milling, or lathe, depending on project needs).

Interpret

technical drawings, blueprints, and design files (DXF, DWG, etc.)

to ensure accurate cutting and shaping.

Load materials, select appropriate tools, and input cutting parameters into the CNC system.

Perform

routine maintenance

on machines and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness.

Conduct

quality checks

during and after production to verify dimensions and finishes meet required standards.

Troubleshoot errors in programming or machining and make necessary adjustments.

Maintain production logs and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a CNC operator, preferably in

woodworking, joinery, or metal fabrication .

Experience with

CAD / CAM software

and reading technical drawings.

Ability to operate CNC machines with

precision and attention to detail .

Knowledge of materials (MDF, plywood, hardwood, aluminum, etc.) and their machining behavior.

Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical diploma or vocational training in CNC machining, mechanical engineering, or related field.

Experience working in

Qatar or GCC

markets is a plus.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with

machine programming software

(e.g., AutoCAD, Alphacam, Fusion 360, etc.).
