Job descriptionPrevious experience operating edge banding machines in a woodworking or furniture manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of edge banding techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues. Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and reliability.
Premium Solutions Consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Edge Band Wood Machine Operator to join our team. As an operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining edge banding machines to produce high-quality wood products.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and operate edge banding machines according to specifications and production requirements.
- Feed wood panels into the machine and adjust settings to ensure proper edge banding.
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including performing routine maintenance on machines.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
