Procurement Manager

Foreground is partnering with a leading construction group in Qatar to identify a Procurement Manager who will oversee the sourcing and supply of materials and services for large-scale infrastructure and building projects. This role requires strong vendor management cost optimization and contract negotiation expertise ensuring procurement aligns with project delivery timelines and budget controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the procurement function managing end-to-end sourcing vendor prequalification and contract execution.
• Develop procurement strategies that ensure material availability cost competitiveness and quality compliance.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize value and reduce risk exposure.
• Monitor supply chain performance resolving bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain supplier performance evaluation and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and finance teams on procurement forecasts.
