About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Director to join our dynamic team .

What You’ll Do

• Develop the Client’s project plans that outline the tasks, schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones needed to achieve the project goals
• Ensure that the Client’s project has all the necessary resources at the appropriate times, through hiring the required team members whenever required and ensuring their availability / allocation, in addition to providing the relevant tools and materials needed by the staff to succeed.
• Lead the development of the Client’s project and ensure its delivery as per the set schedule, budget, and scope.
• Track and control work deliverables and set the necessary workflows / processes to ensure that the project remains on track.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and points of contention for missed deliverables, and create and implement management strategies and plans to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget, necessary for corrective course of actions.
• Monitor the performance of the Client’s deliverables and digital platforms, implementing strategies to further enhance them.
• Prepare all the invoices and resources’ timesheets to be shared with the Client’s management for review and approval.
• Follow required reporting and KPIs set by the Client.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Client
