As an Indian national with fluent English proficiency, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and promoting our products to customers in Qatar's vibrant city of Al-Rayyan.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience

Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions

Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as product information

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Meet and exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products

Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals

Requirements

Fluency in English is essential, both verbal and written

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset

Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar with visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals
