Retail Sales Associate (Malayalee)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate, preferably of Malayalee nationality, to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the success of our retail store.

Responsibilities : - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Understand customer needs and recommend products or services accordingly - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements : - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Fluency in English is required - Must be of Malayalee nationality - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
