Retail Sales Associate - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

Our retail store in Al-Rayyan is currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Responsibilities : - Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs - Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed - Assist with visual merchandising to create an attractive shopping experience - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements : - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus) - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
