Responsibilities

Prepare and serve authentic traditional Arabic dishes (grills, mandi, kabsa, mezze, Arabic sweets).
Maintain high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
Manage ingredients, stock, and menu planning efficiently.

Requirements

Open to Arabic nationals currently based in Qatar only.

Proven experience as a Chef in traditional Arabic restaurants.

Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine.

Ability to work full-time in a private setting.
