We are looking for an experienced Chef with a passion for producing high-quality dishes that meet the highest standards of culinary excellence. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and cost control. As the Chef, you will lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, develop new recipes and menus, and ensure that all dishes served meet the highest standards of presentation and taste.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff
- Plan menus and develop new recipes
- Prepare dishes to the highest standards of presentation and taste
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and quality control
- Monitor portion sizes and cost controls to manage food costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen safety protocols
- Maintain stock levels and organize ordering to meet budget constraints
- Collaborate with management on menu development and seasonal offerings
- Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
