Chef

Overview We are currently looking for a Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in cooking and preparing dishes in a professional kitchen setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an immigrant with the right qualifications to join a successful and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes including appetizers, main courses and desserts

Set up effective systems for food preparation, storage, service and safety

Ensure all meals served meet the highest standards of quality

Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed

Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment

Supervise kitchen staff on their duties

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a chef in a professional kitchen setting

Excellent knowledge of various culinary techniques including baking, roasting, grilling etc.

Familiarity with nutrition principles and menu planning techniques

Working knowledge of various kitchen equipment, tools and appliances

Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines

Salary : 1600 QAR / Month
