Position : Business Development Manager - Real Estate Division
Location : Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in real estate brokerage to join our client's prestigious Real Estate Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading brokerage operations in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market, focusing on brokerage services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the division’s market share and revenue.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the brokerage process.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional strategies for properties.
