Job descriptionSchooling Allowances : 21,000 QAR per child per academic year (up to 3 children, ages 5–18) Housing : Accommodation Provided Annual Leave : 40 days per year Flight Tickets : Economy Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 5–18 (annual, joining & repatriation) Baggage Allowance : Provided for joining & repatriation Conference Entitlement : Every 2 years, after 18 months of service – up to 9 days (including travel) with round-trip ticket Family benefits are applicable only if dependents reside in Qatar under the employee’s sponsorship. All compensation and benefits are extended at the sole discretion of the employer. Currency conversions are approximate and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
