Expat Opportunity | Long Term Full-Time Open-Ended | Tax-Free Salary

Grade 113 Psych | Total Monthly Salary : 23 ,200 QAR | Non-Negotiable

Structured as follows

  • Basic Salary : 21,950 QAR
  • Transport Allowance : 1,250 QAR

Additional Benefits

  • Annual Leave : 40 days per year
  • Flight Tickets : Economy Class - For employee, spouse, and up to 3 children aged 5–18 (annual, joining & repatriation)

    Overseas Hiring :

    Full-Time Education :

    Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology

    Minimum Licensed Experience

    6+ Years licensed experience in Clinical Psychology, post Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology

    Experience in supervised training in both inpatient / outpatient settings.

    Specialize in CBT, Basic DBT, Super specialty in CAMHS, Forensics or Old Age, Psychological Trauma care.

    Licensing

    Must hold a valid home-country license.

    The license to practice must cover the minimum required experience of 6 years.

    Specification

    The Senior Clinical Psychology Specialist provides expert-level psychological services across inpatient and outpatient settings.

    The role involves delivering specialized care in areas such as Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS), forensics, geriatrics, psychological trauma, and more.

    This position combines clinical excellence with mentorship responsibilities, supporting the mental health division in advancing patient-centered, evidence-based practices.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions
  • Deliver specialized care in CAMHS, trauma recovery, forensics, or geriatric mental health
  • Apply evidence-based treatments, including CBT and basic DBT, across diverse populations
  • Contribute to treatment planning, multidisciplinary collaboration, and case review
  • Supervise or mentor junior clinical staff as requiredMaintain accurate documentation aligned with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and psychological service development
  • Engage in continuing education and contribute to clinical knowledge-sharing
