• ## OverviewAtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Commercial Manager to join our team for projects across varying sectors and various locations within Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in Qatar.Your role
• Oversee all commercial operations for facility management projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.
• Manage contract administration, including vendor and client agreements, renewals, and negotiations.
• Develop and implement cost-effective commercial strategies to optimize financial performance.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for FM projects.
• Ensure adherence to financial, legal, and regulatory standards across all service lines.
• Drive risk management initiatives to minimize exposure and safeguard company interests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality commercial outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure smooth execution of commercial processes.## About youQualifications
• BSc degree in Commerce or related field.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential preferred.
• Total 15 years of experience and minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Manager within the FM sector.Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management within the FM sector.
• Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in financial compliance and legal frameworks.
