Facility Manager

Looking for a Facility Manager for its FM Business operations.

The Candidate must be :

• 1. A Candidate with hands on experience in day to day operations of the facilities.
• 2. Experience in administration of facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, waste management, security management and other services.
• 3. Has Knowledge on landscaping, HVAC system, Interior Fixtures and furnishing, Construction / repairs etc.
• 4. Knows the quality standards requirement related to FM.
• 5. Has a service mindset.
• 6. Experience in handling a team, know-how on scheduling, shifts and deployment of resources.
• 7. Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• 8. Experience in handling / managing the lease agreements, vendor agreements etc.
• 9. Has entrepreneurial mindset and commercial thinking.
